A CALL FOR PARTICIPATION to the School of Women's Activism (Application deadline 1 March 2015).
The School of Women’s Activism is an educational project designed as academic course and training. The main task of the school is to help the SDSM Women Forum in its efforts to develop and establish minimum standards for gender equality and integration of women in political party decision-making and action.
The School of Women’s Activism will provide participants with theoretical knowledge and practical training in order to better understand the gender aspects, but also to deepen their knowledge of specific gender issues related to the participation of women in politics. Through the activities of the School, participants will be sensitized to issues on gender equality and gender mainstreaming, gender-based violence and discrimination, empowerment of women, gender analysis and budgeting, as well as a range of other issues that directly relate to the gender dimension.
