FRIEDRICH EBERT STIFTUNG - Office in Skopje

Since 2008, FES Skopje together with its partners Progres-Institute, Skopje and Olof Palme International Center are organizing the Political Academy for social democracy. The Political academy is an educational project designed as academic course and training. The main purpose of the Academy is to educate and train individuals with social-democratic orientation who with their everyday activities shape the political decisions and actions in Macedonia.

The discussion was organized to promote the policy paper “Pre-electoral coalitions in the Republic of Macedonia”, written by Viktor Dimovski and published by Progress and FES (December, 2011). The discussion took place the FON University in Skopje on 13 December 2011..

The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, office Skopje, the Progress Institute for Social Democracy, Olof Palme International Centar and SOLIDAR organized a public debate upon the analysis “Decent Work in Republic of Macedonia”.  The debate was held on 21.11.2011 in the GEM Club Skopje.  

FES Skopje and University American College Skopje are proud to initiate the Seventh Annual International Academic Conference on European Integration “EUROPE 2020: TOWARDS INNOVATIVE AND INCLUSIVE UNION” – which will be held on 17^th May 2012 in Skopje

Within the framework of joint cooperation the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, office Skopje, the Progress Institute for Social Democracy and Olof Palme International Centar organized a public debate on the topic “Renewable Energy Sources and Local Economic Development”.  The debate was held on 17.11.2011 (Thursday) starting at 17.00 o’clock in the Hotel “Kristal Palas” in Prilep.

Within the framework of joint cooperation the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, office Skopje, the Progress Institute for Social Democracy and Olof Palme International Centar organized a public debate on the topic “Тwenty Years of Constitutionalism and State-Building in the Republic of Macedonia”.

The Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Macedonia and the Institute for Social Democracy Progress had organized a public discussion “National Parliaments in the EU Integration Process”, in the EU Info Center, on 26^th October 2011 (Wednesday), at 12:00 o’clock.
